Freight charges

Hello.  I too am an older guy who used to rename m.sysctl to m.sysxxx to
keep dedicated mode and also would try to keep a terminal on during backup
so that I could control when the endless compress began- I vaguely remember
all the 36 stuff that has been mentioned and the nightmare of hours of ptfs
and when "this may take a loooooong time" was a true statement.

Now, my COM question....

We do have a flat rate for shipping most items.  We would like a way to
capture the actual ship charge.  My idea at first is to create another
special charge of type 3 to capture the cost.  I do not see any holes in
this idea and that makes me a little nervous.  I guess my question is what
should I be aware of if I propose this solution?
