You can use overlays. Most printers support this and although it is a bit heavier on the AS/400 cpu side, it is neat and easy and does not require any PC stuff or special products. This solves the printing side. You can then configure everything yourself to e-mail stuff like this, or buy something like Gumbo spoolmail (www.gumbo.com).
