We are also running into this problem as well as a number of others.
We have browser running at release 37 (about to upgrade to 39) on Mapics
release 5.
Some of these errors are addressed with more RAM for the PC's (min 128Meg)
We also upgraded the Client access on the OS-400 to 4.4 and the number of
crashes has diminished as well as improving the browser speed.
We also run Frame Relay to remote sites typically around 128k access and 48k
CIR and this seems to work okay.

Subject: Browser errors at remote site

My customer is using Browser at XA Release 5.5. The application is running
well at the local site but they are receiving "noncontinual protection
errors" on several PC's at their remote site. We have applied the latest
OS/400, Client Access and Mapics Client application fixes.

Is anyone else running Browser over a Wide Area Network? Have you
experienced this error?

We would appreciate any help you can provide.

Thank you very much,
