We run Mapics modules MPSP and MRP and have a third party forecasting
package which we have interfaced directly into the DMDIFF file.
This interface is explained in the MPSP appendix A.
We want to implement planning bills within Mapics for selected products that
have lots of options and hence are difficult to forecast independently.
KBC will generate some of these items.
We note that Mapics makes little reference to the planning bill concept and
doesn't seem to support it.
We would some guess that some people have been imaginative in their use of
Mapics to achieve this.
Who has done it and how?
