Re: Reprinting customer A/R statements

Reprinting an old statement is impossible from standard MAPICS.

We purchased a relatively inexpensive product called Compleo from Symtrax.
This product allows you to store spool files in PC format, archive them, and
send them back to native AS/400 format.  We have been using this product for
about a year.  We no longer print any month end documents, GL documents, or
other long reports.  They are all stored using this product.  We also save
AR statements and can reprint them at any time.  Compleo is a great
alternative to a full blown document storage solution.

P.S.  I don't work for Symtrax :-)  I just really like the product.
