hi Aaron,

I was curious about this statement:

I would reformat every 9 months because I install a lot of developer
software "just to try it out".

Do you still do that with Ubuntu? Do you still install a lot of developer software just to try it out? There are two different questions that spring to mind:

a) Is it true that you still get as much developer software that you *can* try on Ubuntu as you did for Windows?

b) Assuming not: Do you think that if you installed the same volume on Windows, you would've still needed to reinstall every 9 months?

My primary job responsibilities are first RPG development, then Java, then PHP, and a little C#.NET - all of which I can do on Ubuntu (including C#.NET using Monodevelop).

What about iNav? RDi? Are you able to do that? Or are you using Mihael's tools instead?
