Honestly, iNav isn't exactly a stellar performer either. Nor is WDSC for that matter. (Granted, it's better than the web crap they put out, but it's still not great.)

Why is it whenever IBM writes software that's not green-screen, it always performs poorly??

Sorry for sounding negative, but this has bothered me for AGES now...

I haven't tried to get iNav working with WINE or Crossover and instead rely on VirtualBox to do that. I really wish IBM would come up with a *good* browser based admin tool. I emphasized good because I just got a spankin new POWER6 520 and "IBM Systems Director Navigator for i5/OS" is slooooooow. I haven't even been able to see all of the features yet because I click a link and wait for literally 1 minute and then go and do something else while I wait. The kicker is that I go to WRKACTJOB and don't see the *ADMIN jobs taking up that much CPU. So it is hanging somewhere in the application. jeeeeeuuuunk I say! :-) If I were IBM I would be embarrassed by how poor the performance is.
