Actually, I've never seen that page before, but what we are doing is
substantively the same as the job-level version of technique 1, except
for (1) the difference in capitalization on "/qopensys" (which shouldn't
be a problem, and never has been before), and (2) the fact that the path
is being passed to the VALUE parameter of ADDENVVAR in a CL program
variable, rather than as a literal (which, again, shouldn't be a
problem, and never has been before).
