The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.
If you know of an easy to use, open source, search engine ... please contact support@midrange.com.

And now this latter solution works on PASE.
Well, we're talking about Java and, in my opinion, using RDi (or netbeans) is far superior to trying to run stuff on PASE.
Don't you need an X server running on your workstation to run any GUI stuff in PASE? That's just an added level of complexity.
For the classic ILE languages I'd agree. For CL itself, SEU is still
great, for that matter.
For Java, Ruby, Python, etc. on the i RDi NOT NEEDED - NOT INVITED!
:)
But for Java it's already there if you have RDi, very mature, and very robust.
NetBeans NetBeans NetBeans and again I say NetBeans
OK, Netbeans is an option for workstation Java development too ... my original point is that there's no reason to try and develop Java on the i if you already have, or can get for free, good Java IDE's.
