You can use the write(OutputStream stream) method. You need to create an
OutputStream. You probably want a FileOutputStream.
Have a look at
https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/poi/trunk/src/examples/src/org/apache/poi/h
ssf/usermodel/examples/ReadWriteWorkbook.java
There are lots of examples that can be accessed from
https://poi.apache.org/spreadsheet/examples.html

Subject: How do I write a file out in XSSFWorkbook
I am trying to use the XSSF feature in the Apache POI but cannot find how to
write the file to disk. I have looked at the javadocs and the XSSFWorkbook
class has no write method. Does anyone know how to save the file?
I am a newbie when it comes to Java but I have been using Scott Klement's
HSSFR4 for the xls type files. But I am frustrated with trying to guess how
to write the file for XSSF.
Thanks,
Marvin
