How do I write a file out in XSSFWorkbook

I am trying to use the XSSF feature in the Apache POI but cannot find how to write the file to disk. I have looked at the javadocs and the XSSFWorkbook class has no write method. Does anyone know how to save the file?

I am a newbie when it comes to Java but I have been using Scott Klement's HSSFR4 for the xls type files. But I am frustrated with trying to guess how to write the file for XSSF.
