>We are attempting to build this SOAP message on-the-fly, >piecing it together as a String. I'm attempting to get from NY to LA w/my mule and covered-wagon, can anyone help me? Sorry, I'm not trying to be a jerk, but sometimes I wonder why anyone would even try something like this when there are perfectly good (and simple) ways to do it in Java? Just call the appropriate Java object from w/in your RPG program. Oh, and before you say "I don't know Java" I'd guess you didn't know the SOAP protocol before you started this task. RPG is great for some (many) things. But spending time trying to implement a web-service requester from w/in RPG seems to be a giant waste of time. -Walden ------------ Walden H Leverich III Tech Software (516) 627-3800 x11 WaldenL@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx http://www.TechSoftInc.com Quiquid latine dictum sit altum viditur.
