Chad QJVAEXEC is the job name I see when my JSP pages are being compiled. It doesn't really tell you anything. It just kinda confirms that JSP page compilation is the cause of your slow down. Job QJVAEXEC is probably used for some other things too but if it kicks in during the wait on your first hit and it is sucking up some CPU then that is what is going on.
