Yep, there are two ways you can run it. 1. Download Tomcat from http://jakarta.apache.com and install Tomcat in the IFS or 2. Use IBM's "version" of Tomcat from your Admin tool (http://myiSeriesIPAddress.com:2001) I prefer option 1 mostly because it operates just like how I set it up on my PC. Makes deployment a lot easier for me.
