Does anyone have a good way to set permissions in the IFS? What I'd like to do is give all authority to a group (QPGMR) and make the group the owner. Then, I want to limit *PUBLIC to read access only (*RX for directories). That way, developers can update the objects (they're in QPGMR) and *public can see what they need to see. Eventually, we'd like to automate this process (we use Turnover today and saw a demo of the eCM product) but I need a quick solution.... thanks dan +--- | This is the JAVA/400 Mailing List! | To submit a new message, send your mail to JAVA400-L@midrange.com. | To subscribe to this list send email to JAVA400-L-SUB@midrange.com. | To unsubscribe from this list send email to JAVA400-L-UNSUB@midrange.com. | Questions should be directed to the list owner: joe@zappie.net +---
