If your v5r1 system has long password support enabled, and you are using the V4R5 version (or earlier) of the Toolbox, that may be the problem. Exception: com.ibm.as400.access.AS400SecurityException: Password is not set I logged in with several user profiles including QSECOFR and got the same error. This Splf2Pdf class runs OK on other V4R3, V4R4, V4R5 boxes. Is there a change in V5R1/toolbox that causes the class to fail? Thanks.
