We're on V4R4. Can't try starting QSH with an ordinary user profile because I can't find any such animal on our development machine (and I don't have access to user profiles on our other machines). My cume level is 2-3 months old, but I have a current one on order. However, I doubt that will fix it since even if there is a PTF, it's probably not included in the cume package. I might try loading the group PTF for Java. I have searched most of the PTF cover letters, but haven't run across anything which sounds quite right. Are you able to start Qshell with a *USER class profile with no special authorities?
