I use VAJ EE and I like it a lot- I don't like some of the code that the visual builder creates but you don't even need to use that if you don't want to. The debugger is excellent- you can change code while debugging. I have heard that the other IDEs are way behind in comparison. The drawback is that if you want to always be using the latest JDK then VAJ takes longer to support because of tight integration, but this has not been a big issue for me.
