I've been asked to evaluate IDE's for our company to choose from
with an emphasis on quickly creating applications that access the
AS/400.  I've spent the last year coding JDBC and RMI apps by hand,
and we're now ready to see about getting into Java in a bigger way.
Some developers here are PC folks, some are AS/400 RPG folks.

What IDE's do you guys like?  What sites or other resources can
you recommend for us to look at?  What criteria should we consider?
