Java Server Pages (JSP) is supported by a number of vendors on NT.  The
one I'm most familiar with is IBM Websphere.  Websphere is an add-on to
an HTTP server and allows support for servlets, JSPs, database
connection pooling and other cool features.  JSPs are like ASPs but are
vendor independent whereas ASP is supported basically by MS, although
there are some other implementations out there now by smaller vendors.

Websphere is included at no charge on OS/400 v4r2+ (I think) and should
support JSPs.

You seem to be asking about NT.  However, this is a Java400 list so I'm
not sure if your web server is on NT or the 400.  Assuming that your web
server is IIS on NT, there is a free trial version of Websphere which
will work with IIS which can be downloaded from

        http://www.software.ibm.com/webservers/appserv/download.html

IIS, of course, will support VBScript.  I'm not sure if any other web
servers do.
