JSP vs ASP -- JAVA400-L

Greetings,  ASP requires IIS which usually resides on an NT Server.

Question: JSP requires ?? which usually resides on an NT server? 
Where do I go to get ?? can it support/ run vb script, where do we get
the .dlls or are they the same as needed by IIS?  
Sorry about the lack of prep but I need to get smart by Thursday and this
is a reliable resource.  I have been looking out on the internet and found
some good info but am still looking.  Tell me anything you know about JSP
chances are I do not know it.
