IE4.0 security exception -- JAVA400-L

Hello,

I am rather new to JAVA programming.  I have successfully written a few Java 
applications using VAJ2.0 that connect to our AS400 using The AS400 Toolbox 
JDBC driver and seem to work just fine.  However, I am having trouble 
connecting to the AS/400 running an applet in IE4.0.  The applet starts up 
slowly but the applet is giving a security exception when I try to connect to 
the AS400.  The applet resides on the AS400.

Can any one help with the security exception.  Help with speeding up the load 
would be nice too..
