>Does anyone here have experience with the various Java IDE's: Visual >Age, JBuilder, Cafe, VJ++? I'd like to commit to one and am hoping to >short circuit an evaluation of my own. I tried JBuilder version 1(old). It is easy to use. JDBC will take care of accessing data from AS/400 and PC. This version had a bug which would freeze up you PC once a while. I heard it is fixed. If you are interested to use CORBA, version 2 is the good one to try. Java IDE will be happy with >= 90 meg of ram and >= 120 MHz. I will try Visua Age after this month. +--- | This is the Midrange System Mailing List! | To submit a new message, send your mail to JAVA400-L@midrange.com. | To subscribe to this list send email to JAVA400-L-SUB@midrange.com. | To unsubscribe from this list send email to JAVA400-L-UNSUB@midrange.com. | Questions should be directed to the list owner/operator: david@midrange.com +---
