Im not picky about how the solution gets solved. It's just that richui
egl
is so new, it's tough getting examples.

I have integrated Java into some of my apps, so I guess I could go that
route also. I just thought someone out in the egl richui world would
have
had a need to upload a file or two....

Tim,

I was originally not sure you were referring to egl rui, although, as
Pete
suggested, I should have known, based on the forum. So, the PHP
solutions I
found were independent of egl.

I tried to find some references to integrating PHP with egl, but most of
the
posts with both TLAs are simply an egl slam on PHP. There does not seem
to
be an egl resource who has any understanding, or desire, to work with
PHP at
all. From their perspective, it is apparent that there is only one way
to
code anything. Sad.

I would like to think that there would be some EGL resource who could
show
how these kinds of solutions - PHP or other web languages - could
integrate
well into an EGL solution. I am for the right tool for the ~right~ job -
I
do not consider EGL, or RPG, the right tool for ~every~ job, and I would
like to be able to use the best tool, not just the one I am promoting,
or
being paid to promote.

If you would like, I can have a go at expanding the egl world and see if
I
could integrate one of these PHP upload applications into an egl
application. Might be quicker than reinventing the upload in egl.

Let me know,
Trevor

Trevor,

I like the examples you gave. I would not mind mixing PHP into my egl
richui, just not sure how to do it.

Can you point me to a place where I can see some examples of that?
