"Do you have a cluster replica of this DB?"

No cluster or replicas.

The template is DWA7.NTF

I had one response to the same question on the Domino Forum and it
suggested the following:

>From Domino Administrator, go to files, select mail file in question,
right click and then click on Manage Views in the Database tools menu to
the right. A list of views/folders will appear. Select in-box and then
click on "Purge"

I did this (before the user logged on) and the deleted email was no longer
appearing in the inbox when they logged on to Notes.

Thanks for the response.

Regards, Jerry
