I've had a few users experience a problem where they drag an email from
their inbox to the trash. For some reason it then reappears in the inbox,
and then subsequent attempts to delete it result in an object variable not
set error, and then display of a message that the document has already
been deleted.

I've deleted their desktop cache, FT indexes, ran compact, fixup, and even
gone into designer and deleted the inbox folder and then did a load
convert to recreate the inbox and the deleted document still appears.

Help - it's the CFO who's had this problem the most!!

Regards, Jerry
