Background: Technote 1115338 (http://www-1.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?rs=463&uid=swg21115338) Pre 6.0.4, when a user is renamed, their access to their mail file can be extremely slow every time they open their mail file. Workaround is to sign the mail files with an admin ID. Currently, we manually sign mail files for users being re-cert or renamed via the admin client. Has anyone else experienced this problem and how do you handle this? Does anyone have a sleek automated process and will you share? Any ideas to save man power would be greatly appreciated.
