I'm on mail template 6.0.2CF1 and don't see it yet. My 6.5 client on the
same mail file doesn't see it, either, but that's what I would expect.
I'll have to keep an eye out for that one later.

OK, I'm curious. I don't see such a button -- is this on the toolbar or
where? Is there something necessary to activate it? My clients are on
6.0.x

When viewing the inbox, do you see a button in top right called "view
unread" or "view all"? That may be causing what you are seeing (or not
seeing) :-)

Hi All
I have a mail file that is used by several people. Out of the three people
only one has a problem. When she opens an email and closes it, the email
disappears from the inbox view. The only place she can see it is in the All
Documents view. This does not occur when she looks at email in her own mail
box. Any ideas?
We are on Lotus 6.0.3. I have checked the setting and they look the same
for all three people that use this file.
TIA
