I don't see such a button -- is this on the toolbar or where? Is there something necessary to activate it? That may be causing what you are seeing (or not seeing) :-) Steve Jones DCosgrove@entnet. org Sent by: To domino400-bounces Lotus Domino on the iSeries / AS400 @midrange.com <domino400@xxxxxxxxxxxx> cc 07/14/2004 03:41 Fax to PM Subject EMail Disappears from Inbox Please respond to Lotus Domino on the iSeries / AS400 <domino400@midran ge.com> Hi All I have a mail file that is used by several people. Out of the three people only one has a problem. When she opens an email and closes it, the email disappears from the inbox view. The only place she can see it is in the All Documents view. This does not occur when she looks at email in her own mail box. Any ideas? We are on Lotus 6.0.3. I have checked the setting and they look the same for all three people that use this file.
