We had that happen once and the Inbox was corrupt. I copied all the documents out of the inbox to a different folder, deleted the Inbox through Domino Designer, then copy an inbox from someone who was working to paste into the one that I deleted. I then copied the documents back to the new Inbox and things worked from there. There is also a little program that was sent to me that goes through all the documents in the database and if they are not in any folders, it moves them to the Inbox. That would be helpful if there are lots of new documents in the All User view that you need to show up in the Inbox. Out of the three people only one has a problem. When she opens an email and closes it, the email disappears from the inbox view. The only place she can see it is in the All Documents view. This does not occur when she looks at email in her own mail box. Any ideas? We are on Lotus 6.0.3. I have checked the setting and they look the same for all three people that use this file.
