Can you narrow this down to different settings for "Format preference for
incoming mail" in the person documents in the Domino Directory?

We see some strange things like that as well. In the two email documents
with the different attachment displays, right-click the document and go to
document properties. Then to the fields tab. Is the $file field the same
in each of the messages?

AS/400 V5R2 - Notes/Domino 6.0.2CF1

We are using InfoPrint Server to create PDFs of our quotes, which get
e-mailed, as an attachment, to the CSR for review and forwarding to
clients. All users are using 6.0.2CF1 client and all mail databases have
been converted to version 6 template. Some CSRs receive the attachment
with the file name under the icon, which works great, and some receive the

attachment with the file name on the right hand side of the icon, which in

this case is a generic paper icon. When the file name is on the right hand

side, the CSRs can open the PDFs just fine, but when they forward this
onto the customer, or to me, we are unable to open the attached PDF. An
error occurs stating "Sorry, an application to open this document cannot
be found." in my Notes client.

We are also experiencing an issue where forwarded attachments are
"disappearing." I don't know the full explaination of this one yet but
will provide more info as I get it.

Anyone have any ideas?
