Needed to change the system level variables so they were as follows:

     CLASSPATH x:\wdt400\java
     HELP x:\wdt400\help
     IPF_PATH32 x:\wdt400\system
     LOCPATH x:\wdt400\system
     PATH x:\wdt400

If the variable already existed, just added this to the end. If not,
     created a new variable.

For the archives, what environment variables did you have to set, and to
what value?
