Douglas,

I apologize for the difficulties you have been having with CODE400.
Luckily, there is a swift resolution to the problem at hand. Simply open
an MS-DOS command prompt on windows 95, and type the following:

echo %IMNINSTSRV%

This will print out the directory in which our help system service is
installed. Change to this directory in the command prompt and run the
following command. Please substitute the drive letter x: for the drive you
installed CODE400 on. For instance, if you installed on c: type c:
\wdt400\help:

vahcfg install /w x:\wdt400\help /p va400

This will print out several messages. After it completes you should be
able to access your help.

Please let me know if you have any further difficulties.

On a new install of CODE400 V4R5M1, on a Windows 95 PC, so far
everything seems to work except help. The path statement was
supposedly stripped down next to nothing on the install, and no errors

were received during the install. Requesting help starts the browser,

and looks like it is doing something, but then I get a screen stating
"The specified product VA400 is not known to the help system".

I knew the Path Statement was an issue, but with that issue removed,
anyone know of any other issues?
