The problem was help did not register the product. Per IBM, did the
following from a command line and it worked:

     vahcfg install /wdir "X:\wdt400\help"

On a new install of CODE400 V4R5M1, on a Windows 95 PC, so far
everything seems to work except help. The path statement was
supposedly stripped down next to nothing on the install, and no errors
were received during the install. Requesting help starts the browser,
and looks like it is doing something, but then I get a screen stating
"The specified product VA400 is not known to the help system".

I knew the Path Statement was an issue, but with that issue removed,
anyone know of any other issues?
