There have been a number of questions about getting help working.
Since this is a common problem it is the first FAQ in our fixes page:
http://www-4.ibm.com/software/ad/wdt400/update_downloads.html

the specific question is answered in the URL

ftp://service.software.ibm.com/as400/products/ad/wdt400/helpsys_diag.html

I hope this helps,

Hi Edmund,

there was a followup to this from another customer in the mailing list. In this case, the customer was using Windows ME which was unsupported for the last release.

There is a Web doc that sometimes is handy to refer customers to who are having trouble with Help. It's located at:
ftp://service.software.ibm.com/as400/products/ad/wdt400/helpsys_diag.html

Hope that helps

Hi Edmund -

I mentioned to James and he says he knows the answer... (so I'm hoping he'll reply)

This is a pretty common complaint.
I know there is an answer but not what the answer is.

I installed the newest WebSphere tools over ADTS and now none of the Help
works.  I've downloaded SP1 and applied that and the Help still didn't
work.

Anyone run into this and know what to do to fix it?  Without the Help
function Code/400 is almost helpless.
