Dear R. Bruce Hoffman, JR, If I have touched on a raw nerve, it was not intentional. I made a polite request and before it goes any further and these exchanges get unpleasant, I will rest my case and not respond to any more emails protesting about my views which are different to a few others out there (or at least the rest are too busy making a living to have time to contradict me for the sake of it).
