Re: [BPCS-L] BPCS v6.0.04 Shop Orders

Some of this may have changed in V6 but in V405CD
(a) File ELA contains allocations for shop orders and other areas.
(b) File FMA contains info on what is allocated, and is updated as the
inventory is consumed, or the allocations manually changed, by shop order
maintenance. The data here originated from Bill of Materials (BOM) times
quantity to be manufactured.

When you use SFC300 inquiry, there's command options to view the progress
vs. routings (FOD file), the inventory consumed (FMA), labor reported
(FLT),
total completed, scrap etc. (FSO)

When you use INV300 F21 you can see the inventory consumed, created (ITH
file). There is a field in both FLT and ITH called labor-ticket, which
has
the same reference # if the labor reporting was done via JIT600 (SFC600
under the covers)

ILI has grand total allocated for an item warehouse location combination,
not granular break down for what individual order purpose

Happy I remain this functional: Wake up each morning; roll out of bed;
feet
touch floor; I can stand up (sometimes need to push with arms); walk; get
to
toilet; all familiar systems do their thing.

When a shop order is created and inventory is allocated, what files
contain the allocation data?

Any assistance will be appreciated.
