In older versions of BPCS (my company is on 5.1.00, century dated
outselves), you have to call SYS664 with the parm('SYS664') at the
beginning of any batch job submitted outside of BPCS (from our ROBOT job
scheduler, for instance). This system program sets up the LDA correctly
and also prevents BPCS authority problems. I have no idea if this is a
requirement of more recent versions of BPCS.

Don,

SYS027C should be in your base objects library. If you don't get the
data areas/LDA/parameters/calling user set up exactly right when
submitting BPCS jobs you can get all kinds of funny errors occurring. In
the past when I've needed to do this kind of thing I've found the Infor
Helpdesk very helpful in working out such settings.

Don,

It looks like either you don't have the object SYS027C on your system
or you don't have authority to a call. This is the program that
retrieves the message literals from BPCS message file SSAZ03.
