SYS027C should be in your base objects library. If you don't get the data areas/LDA/parameters/calling user set up exactly right when submitting BPCS jobs you can get all kinds of funny errors occurring. In the past when I've needed to do this kind of thing I've found the Infor Helpdesk very helpful in working out such settings.

It looks like either you don't have the object SYS027C on your system or you don't have authority to a call. This is the program that retrieves the message literals from BPCS message file SSAZ03.
