Load Creation - OLM700B

Hi everyone,

We have BPCS ver 6.02 mixed mode. We have problem creating a load.
The OLM712B (Load Generation Error Report) gave us a message that the
part number in the order has a line error relating to the weight. The
order quantity is 1100 gallons and the weight is 9.130 for the part
number in the item master. So the error is on weight of 10043 gallons. So
we split the order lines into two 550 gallons a piece. Now the initial
error has disappeared and a new error shows up as UN - Unused in the
error report and still we cannot generate a load for this item.

My question is what is causing the OLM to send out the UN error?
