Hello,
Quite likely your meta data in the Webtop files (which tells Webtop how
to present the HTML for each program) does not match the level of your
LX programs.
Also check that your AM library listed in the ERP LX library list (ie
the INLIBL data area in the EC library) has been updated to the one
delivered for the 4.2 Webtop release and does not still refer to the old
one.
I agree with Dan that you will need to contact Infor support for further
investigation and analysis.

I strongly suggest that you contact Infor support A.S.A.P.
On the surface it sounds like WebTop isn't communicating correctly from
the server to the iSeries.
Do you have all of the MR's (BMRS) for WebTop installed and are there
any enhancements to Order Entry that might confuse the issue.
You should be testing WebTop in a "vanilla" environment to start.
