Hi Debra,

I can't tell you about the challenges implementing p-cards provides but
when you look at reconciling your p-card information to bank information
we might be able to help.

Data from your p-card can be electronically imported into a
reconciliation module (with or without gl codes) and automatically
compared to a bank statement file. We have 75 installations of this
solution in use in 15 different countries. The following link shows
which banks we have worked with in the past to do this.

Is anyone using p-cards for purchasing either inventory or commodity
items? If so, what challenges has this presented and are you
interfacing the bank data to BPCS?

Thanks,

Debbie
