Slow moving stock

Dear Joe,

what we are doing:

- have a table with all "proper" receipt transactions
- have a table with all "proper" issue transactions
- find date of last "proper" transaction for both receipt + issue
- find consumptions within the last 12 month
- find stock at month end of previous month
- calculate a stock ratio present stock / last 12 month consumption / 12 
--> horizon of stock
- cluster items by age --> based on last receipt
- cluster items by movements --> based on last consumptions

the resulting reports shows by item/facility the present stock, last 
transaction date receipt + issue, consumed qty last 12 month, stock ratio, 
aging of stock, moving status of stock. Stock is reported in both, qty + 
values. Report is exported into MS-ACCESS, some additional data are added 
and the final result is populated via a Lotus Notes database.
