   In order for BPCS to do what you are requesting you must use the BPCS
   backflush programs, either JIT600 or SF650 (depending on your version) and
   not use the multiple issue method through INV500 (M transaction).  In
   addition you must set up forced locations that the system will look towrds
   as the place to issue from.  There are many options and ways to set up
   this kind of process.
