When a new lot created the BPCS ask the user do you want to create the
LOT and press F13 to confirm.  If the user do not confirm than the LOT
not created.

May it help.  It sometime happened on us too..

We are in 6.0.04.
Sometimes on purchase receipt  (PUR550D U transaction) the transaction
file
ITH file gets updated but the lot is not created in Lot master file ILN.
Could someone help me?
