Use IBM WebFacing product part of the IBM Websphere portfolio. 
Takes all green screen display's and turns it into a Browser based web enabled 
application, Slick.

You run the Webfacing product over the green screen DDS source and presto you 
have the Java-Gui based web application. 

This is the most cost effective way of bringing applications to the Web.
