Guys,
       To sell our BPCS system implementation performance, I'd like to give a 
serial repport to management to realize the system efficiency, especially 
compare to previous used system. and how many points need to address or 
reporting?  example for stock aging ? inventory turnover ... and so on. if you 
have similar experiences before, please share to me ?
