Hello All!

We are using the Ironside Technology "Ironworks" product and have been
since 2000. We are using it with BPCS 6.04 and providing our customers with
real-time access to order status, stock by location and price inquiry, and
material test result information. Our customers can also use Ironworks to
place orders online, either by hand-keying or by uploading a text file
(we're an EDI user, too, so for the small guys, this is a perfect
solution). One other product we use from Ironside Technology is
eNotification. This is a nice, triggered-email solution. It sends an email
to our customers (and to inside sales people) letting them know when we've
changed an order or shipped an order.

Overall, our customers love the Ironworks solution. The interface still
leaves a little to be desired, it's java applet based, but Ironside
Technology is developing regular improvements to the interface.

Sound like an advertisement for Ironworks? You bet! They don't pay me for
this, but they should!

Hope this helps!

Regards,
ME
