Mac,

In V6, SSA move special pricing to the PRO program naming.  It is still 
available without Promotions and Deals and works about the same and you do not 
have 
to turn on P&D in order to use it.

As John said, the problem is most like caused by either the date or quantity 
being set incorrectly.  Jim, should also set the pricing heirarchy to ensure 
that the pricing schemes are searched in the desired order in SYS800, option 
for Order Entry (ORD820).

There is also a special pricing customer number (ACR100D2-07)in the customer 
master that must agree with the special pricing customer.
