ORD570

Dear Guys,
         I have spent much time finding ORD570 relative issues, and found no 
one reported the similar issues with me.  We are on BPCS V6.1.01 Mixed Mode and 
O/S V4R5. when I pick confirm a non lot control items, ILI records would always 
create a new record instead of update existing record, but no problem with Lot 
control Item. Why?? How to solve it ?? I check relation setting,  and seems 
working. I suppose it is a little Bug in this version. Below is for reference.
